I'm Sugumar Sampath, and paying that much just to secure a place, before I'd even unpacked or started classes, felt unfair to every student counting their euros. So I set out to change it.

How the €50 reference bonus works
No broker. No €150 fee. Just €50 that circulates within the student community, and comes back to you.
A bed becomes available
You live in a shared apartment. When one roommate moves out, a bed becomes available.
List it for free
The current tenant or flatmate posts the available bed on AllesHere. Listing is always free.
A new student moves in
A student looking for accommodation contacts you directly and moves in. As a one-time community reference bonus, they pay €50 directly to the student who helped them secure the room.
When you move out
Later, when you leave, you list your bed on AllesHere. The next student who takes your place pays you the same €50, and your bonus returns.
The €50 keeps circulating from one student to the next, instead of disappearing as broker commission.
